Payment
for services provided by Hospitality Medical is requested on the day of your
first visit.
For subsequent visits, statements will be provided. If you have medical insurance, we are able to estimate what your
personal balance for the service will be after applying your deductible and
co-insurance and we will ask that you pay that amount. We
understand that there may be times when you cannot pay the full amount on the
day you receive medical care. If
you need to make payment arrangements, please let us know before your visit
with the doctor. We strive to be flexible with your payment schedule.
Please note that you are utilizing your “out-of-network” health benefits when you visit our office. |
